Spray Polyurethane Foam

High R-Value

R-Value = 3.9 – 7 per inch applied depending on which type you choose. Open cell has an R-Value of 3.9 per inch, while closed cell has an R-Value of 7 per inch. Click here to learn the differences between the two types. Both spray foam types give a better R-value than any other insulation on the market today!

Cleaner Indoor Air

Spray foam creates a completely air tight seal, eliminating unwanted dust, pollen, and other air contaminants from entering your structure. This is a great benefit for those who suffer from alergies!

Lower Energy Bills

Save up to 30% on your energy bills! Controling your air is the key to lowering your energy bills. Spray foam makes an air tight seal eliminating air loss and also blocking heat and cold from transfering into your structure.

Noise Reduction

When spray foam is sufficiently and effectively sprayed into walls, ceilings and floors, it creates a solid barrier, significantly reducing noise transfer from room to room and also reduces outside noises from entering your structure.

Moisture Barrier

When using closed cell spray foam, you will nevrer have to worry about water again. Closed cell foam is water impenatrable. It is also a vapor barrier. This eliminates unwanted moist air from entering or exiting your structure, or worse yet, getting trapped in the walls, causing mold/mildew.

WE OFFER 3 TYPES OF FOAM

Closed Cell Spray Foam

  • Sprayed on as a 2 part liquid. Once both liquids come into contact they turn into foam within seconds. The liquid application allows for the fill of every nook and cranny.
  • Best R-Value per inch among ALL types of insulation.
  • R-Value = 6.5-7 per inch applied.
  • Impenetrable by water.
  • “Acceptable flood-resistant material” by FEMA.
  • Once cured, it becomes very hard, adding strength to your structure.
  • Vapor Barrier – eliminates humid air from passing through, so you won’t encounter condensation. Condensation can lead to mold growth and/or rot.
  • Increased resale value over similar structure without this upgrade.
  • Does not require mechanical anchoring to install. Once foam is blown onto surface it adheres to most building materials permanently, preventing it from settling over time.
  • Fills hard to reach places.
  • Rodent/insect resistant.
  • Perfect for: crawl spaces, floors, walls, exterior of air ducts, ceilings and roofs. (Roofs must then be sealed with one of our coatings) Click here to learn about roof coatings.

Open Cell Spray Foam

  • Sprayed on as a 2 part liquid. Once both liquids come into contact they turn into foam within seconds. The liquid application allows for the fill of every nook and cranny.
  • R-Value = 3.9 per inch installed.
  • Less Expensive to install compared to closed cell. (Less product per inch is used because open cell is much less dense than closed cell)
  • Will allow for seasonal movement of your structure.
  • It will take on water – do not use below grade or where water will be present.
  • Once cured, this foam is fairly soft. Can be easily dented, or cut.
  • Increased resale value over similar structure without this upgrade.
  • Does not require mechanical anchoring to install. Once foam is blown onto the surface, it permanently adheres to most building materials, preventing it from settling over time.
  • Fills hard to reach places.
  • Rodent/Insect resistant.
  • Perfect for: crawl spaces, floors, walls, excterior of air ducts, ceilings and roofs. (Roofs must then be sealed with one of our coatings) Click here to learn about our coatings.

Urethane Pour-In Foam

  • This type of foam is poured into a cavity as a liquid, allowing it to easily and effectively fill the desired space.
  • Once cured, it becomes a dense, hard foam.
  • Marine Grade – great for filling the inside of pontoons, flotation tanks and barges.
  • Once fully cured, it can be laminated with polyester, vinyl ester resin or epoxy, without melting.
  • Resists the absorption of water.
  • You can pour multiple layers, while still recieving great adhesion between layers.
